Voice Banking Is Becoming Reality

Enable members to use your channels more intuitively.

Some credit union members can now bank through devices with voice interaction, such as Amazon's Echo or Microsoft's Cortana.

The technology enables consumers to conduct routine online or mobile banking activity via voice commands. Members can:
