QUICK TAKE: CU CEO Salaries

CUNA research projects base salaries will increase more than 4% in 2016.

Credit unions with assets of $100 million or more anticipate average CEO base salary increases of 4.1% over budgeted 2015 salaries, according to CUNA's 2015-2016 CEO Total Compensation Report.

The anticipated 2016 increase falls just below the average budgeted increase of 4.3% for the previous year.

CEOs leading credit unions with assets of $500 million to $1 billion are the only asset group recording an average expected 2016 increase that falls below 2015's level.
